Rubber Appliqué Heat Press Instructions

Step 1 - Prepare Your Apparel (Moisture Removal)

● Adjust your heat press to medium to high pressure.

● Press the fabric at 300-310°F for 4-5 seconds to remove any moisture.

● Ensure the fabric is clean and smooth by using a lint roller to eliminate debris and wrinkles.

● Repeat if necessary until all moisture is gone.

Step 2 - Position Your Design

Carefully place your Rubber Appliqué on the fabric in the desired position.

Step 3 - First Press

● Close the heat press or apply medium to firm pressure with an iron.

● Press at 300-325°F for 20 seconds with 30-40 psi pressure.

● Note: Always perform a test press to determine the correct temperature and time, as settings may vary based on fabric type and equipment.

Step 4 - Peel Off

Carefully and smoothly remove the carrier sheet to reveal your stunning reflective
design.

Step 5 - Second Press

● Apply direct pressure on the transfer without any additional layers.

● Heat press at 300-310°F for an additional 5 seconds to ensure maximum adhesion and durability.

Step 6 - Post-Press Care

● Wait 24 hours before washing.

● For best results and longevity, wash the garment inside out in cold water, use mild detergent, avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low heat.

● Avoid direct heat on the vinyl.
