• Place We must embroider patch where you want it on the garment. This is crucial because it prevents the patch from shifting during the pressing process.
• Place the garment, facing downward, on the side that needs patching on the heat press. This arrangement guarantees that the patch—which is now at the bottom—makes direct contact with the heat press's lowest platen.
• Place a piece of parchment paper or Teflon sheet over the clothing as a protection layer. This layer shields the clothing from potential damage resulting from direct contact with the heat source.
• Set the heat press to 325°F and apply heavy pressure, 70–80 PSI. Under these ideal conditions, melting the glue won't harm the patch or clothing.
• For thirty seconds, press the clothing. It takes only this long for the low-melt adhesive on our patch's back to melt and stick to the fabric.
• Remove the garment from the heat press and allow it to cool for at least half an hour. Melted glue thickens and forms a solid connection with the fabric when it cools.
• After the clothing has cooled, carefully take off the thermal tape. We Must embroidered iron patch should have firmly adhered to the clothing by now. 

Shipping

We must prioritize and exert maximum effort to process and ship all embroidered iron-on patch orders within 1-2 business days.

However, weather, holidays, the shipping carrier, or an incorrect or incomplete shipping address can all cause shipping delays for which We Must is not responsible.

Refund Policy 

We must offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date of order receipt, provided the product is unused and undamaged. The customer must hold onto proof of purchase, like an order confirmation or receipt.
