Embroidered Felt Patches Instructions

Step 1 – Setup Heat Press

Set heat press to 300°F – 320°F
Use medium to firm pressure
Make sure garment surface is clean and flat
Position the patch carefully before pressing
Use a cover sheet or parchment paper to protect the patch surface

Step 2 – Time to Press

Press the patch for 15–20 seconds using firm pressure
Allow pressure to apply evenly across the entire patch surface
Avoid shifting the patch during application

Step 3 – Cool & Check Adhesion

Let the patch cool for several seconds before handling
Check corners and edges for full adhesion
If needed, repress for an additional 5–10 seconds with cover sheet applied

Step 4 – What Not To Do

Do not use excessive heat, as this may affect silicone texture
Do not wash garment for 24 hours after application
Do not use fabric softener on decorated garments
Avoid uneven pressure during pressing
