Embroidered Felt Patches Instructions

Step 1 – Setup Heat Press 
  • Set heat press to 300°F – 320°F  
  • Use medium to firm pressure
  • Make sure garment surface is clean and flat 
  • Position the patch carefully before pressing 
  • Use a cover sheet or parchment paper to protect the patch surface 
Step 2 – Time to Press 
  •  Press the patch for 15–20 seconds using firm pressure 
  • Allow pressure to apply evenly across the entire patch surface 
  • Avoid shifting the patch during application
Step 3 – Cool & Check Adhesion 
  • Let the patch cool for several seconds before handling 
  • Check corners and edges for full adhesion 
  • If needed, repress for an additional 5–10 seconds with cover sheet applied  
Step 4 – What Not To Do 
  • Do not use excessive heat, as this may affect silicone texture 
  • Do not wash garment for 24 hours after application 
  • Do not use fabric softener on decorated garments 
  • Avoid uneven pressure during pressing
