How to get best results
- Ensure your files are either in .AI, .PDF, .PNG, .EPS, .SVG, .TIF, or .PSD.
- A Minimum 300 dpi is recommended for printing. The Higher the dpi, the better color vibrance and detailing.
- We can automatically detect your design size. In case you want a custom size - Mention the size of a design file by width and height without the empty space around the design in the artboard.
- Make sure there are no transparent pixels in the design.
- Please note that all files are printed as uploaded.
- No Gang Sheets orders for Special Prints.
- We do not accept intricate Designs for special prints.

Heat Pressing Instructions.
Step 1 – Set your Press
- Temperature - 300 - 330 F
- Press Time - 20-25 Seconds
- Pressure - 30-40 psi, Med to Firm
Step 2 – Place your Transfer
Position the material on the lower platen of the heat press machine, ensuring it is smooth and positioned correctly. Place your design on top of the material in the desired location.
Step 3 – First Press
Close the heat press machine to bring the upper platen down onto the material and design. Apply the necessary pressure and activate the heat transfer process based on the set temperature and time settings.
Step 4 – Peel Off
Once the pressing time is complete, gently peel off the backing of the 3D Foam Flex material while it's still warm.
Step 5 – Second Press
If you feel you need a second press, time the press for only 5 seconds to make the design pop.
